We knew for about 2 years that we needed to do something with our septic because the drain field was no longer working. We called another service that starts with "A" and were lied to about reports to the county (you can look those up yourself) and scare tactics about what they would need to do at an exorbitant cost. After much fretting and too long waiting, we decided to try Lee's. They have serviced the area FOREVER. Dale came out and immediately set us at ease. He explained what could be done and what the city/county/state rules are and what the cost would run. He is knowledgeable and explained things so that we fully understood everything and felt comfortable with the process and cost. When he and his team came to do the job we were actually hooked up and able to use the water the same day!! The actual work (digging, placing tank and piping and filling in) only took about 3 days, but there were some waiting periods in between for the inspections to be completed so overall it probably took about 2 weeks with those wait times. So worth it!!! I highly recommend their services. What a great company!!!

I've used Lee's Sanitation 3 times now. The technician has always been Dale whom was always punctual , helpful, and friendly. They have a reasonable price.

Lee's was AWESOME. The person who came out to pump my septic called me bc my lid was covered by plants and he didn't want to hurt them. We rescheduled, and I got to meet him, watch/learn the process, get tips for maintenance, and a good neighbor discount!
