Friendly and kind service that makes my pet feel comfortable during her stay. Laura did a great job letting me know how my cat was doing and when I seemed worried still, she sent a few photos and a video of Lydia getting scratches. It made me feel a lot better about leaving her for a few days after seeing her more comfortable! How kind the staff is and getting updates when I ask

The staff was excellent and my kitten "KB" wasn't upset with me leaving him there for a few days. EVERYONE! I interacted with four different women and each one of them were professional. Also, they made me feel I was leaving KB in good hands. The way the staff welcomed me and KB along with explaining everything.
